Living Stone is quite short, so a fast read That said, it s quite good The writing is excellent It s a fresh idea that Mr Cox handled well I liked the reference to the Old Herne legend, putting a new twist on that.

a very interesting read like other reviewers, the main flaw here is length, as this really seems to be novel material, it seems as if William S Burroughs came by and cut every other chapter out worth a read for sure though.

This is a really good novella that should be worked into a novel or perhaps stories need to be written about Old Herne and or Oscar s lives There s definitely dark corners to probe

    David
I know Edward s work and I know Sam s Dot quality, so this is definitely a book I need to check out.

    Bruce
A palpable evocation of evil Works as a novelette, but perhaps a bit sketchy in places Perhaps would be even successful as a novel.
